Follow these simple steps to get involved!
Creating a Volunteer Account is easy! Simply fill out the registration form and click “register”.
All you will need is your name, a unique username, a functioning email that you can access, a password of your choosing, and your account type.
Account Types: Single, Married Couple, Family, or Group of Friends.
(Choose “Group of Friends” if you are two or more volunteering together and you are not a family.)
Now, take just a couple of minutes to tell us a bit about yourself. This is an important step, as volunteer coordinators will look at your profile when determining your suitability to their current needs. You will not be able to apply for a volunteer opportunity until your profile is complete.
A good guideline for your description is to write a paragraph about your character traits and what you like to do, a little about past employment and/or volunteer experience, and a short paragraph about what your hopes are for the future.
In the following fields select the languages you speak (including those you are actively learning), the skills you have, and the skills you would like to learn.
Group Details: If you have a joint account as a married couple, family, or group, enter the names and ages (and any other info coordinators should know) here.

Note: The first week of any term is always probational.
Your volunteer coordinator is always available to discuss any concerns you may have, and you or the volunteer coordinator may choose to cancel or terminate your volunteer term at any time.
Please be kind, and notify your coordinator in advance if you plan to leave earlier than the term initially agreed upon.
